Refund policy Our return policy is within 14 days. That is to say you have 14 days for queenwaves luxury hair to receive your purchase back. However, to qualify for a refund, your item must be in the original condition and packaging you received it (not worn or used, not bleached, uncut, curls undone and tags intact). It is important to note that due to laws that regulate the sales of wigs and hair products, all returns MUST pass the above criteria. We will require your proof of purchase or receipt. For Refunds: You will be notified if your refund was agreed or not once we have received and reviewed your return. Please be aware that queenwaves luxury hair will not be responsible for your cost to return your item back to you if your return is rejected (if the rules above is not adhered to). Being a small business, we are presently unable to offer free returns so you are expected to cover all return expenses. We will process your refund within 24-48 hours of receiving your return item. For the shipping/delivery cost, we are unable to refund your original shipping/delivery cost. Any order that qualified for free shipping/delivery, please be aware that £5.99 will be deducted from your total refunded amount. Yes, similar to your own hair, our bundles look best freshly cleaned so we recommend you co-wash your bundles before installation.

When using our human hair wigs or bundles, you can bleach, colour, straighten, curl, wash, cut and style it anyway you please. You can also style our synthetic hair but greater care is needed to ensure you maintain the integrity of the hair. Either way, we recommend having a professional stylist bleach, dye or style your hair to ensure you obtain your desired look.

For curly hair, we recommend co-washing up to 3 times a week to ensure the hair remains clean and maintains its integrity. For wavy and straight hair, we recommend co-washing up to once a week, as needed.
